Management of Personal Data and Privacy Policy

In France, personal data is specifically protected by Law No. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code, and the European Directive of October 24, 1995. When using the mi4.fr website, the following may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the mi4.fr site, the user’s access provider, and the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the user. In any case, Mi4 only collects personal information relating to the user for the need of certain services offered by the mi4.fr site. The user provides this information knowingly, especially when they enter it themselves. It is then specified to the user of the site mi4.fr whether or not it is obligatory to provide this information.

 

CONTACT FORM

The information collected on the contact forms of the mi4.fr website and its subdomains (landing.mi4.fr) is sent by email to make commercial proposals related to the services of Mi4. This information is sent via the HTTPS protocol under an SSL certificate to protect the information during its transmission. They are kept for 3 years and are intended for Mi4. This data includes:

  • Email address
  • A free-form message in which other personal data could be entered by the user


The provided data is only stored in the email box of agence@mi4.fr through Mi4 forms. The devices on which this data is accessible (mobile phones and computers) are protected by a password. In any case, the user may refuse to provide their personal data. In this case, they will not be able to use the services of the site, nor request information about these services.
In accordance with the "Informatique et Libertés" law, every user has the right to access, rectify, and oppose the personal data concerning them by contacting: agence@mi4.fr. Mi4 will delete or modify customer data, their mail, and the company's address.
No personal information of the user of the mi4.fr site is published without the user's knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned, or sold on any medium to third parties. Only the hypothesis of the acquisition of Mi4 and its rights would allow the transmission of said information to the potential buyer who would in turn be bound by the same obligation of conservation and modification of the data with respect to the user of the mi4.fr site.

HYPERLINKS AND COOKIES


The mi4.fr site contains a number of hyperlinks to other sites, set up by Affimate. However, Affimate does not have the ability to check the content of the sites thus visited and consequently assumes no responsibility for this fact. - Under Chrome: Click at the top right of the browser on the menu pictogram (symbolized by three horizontal lines). Select Settings. Click on Show advanced settings. In the "Privacy" section, click on preferences. In the "Privacy" tab, you can block cookies.


APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION


Any dispute in connection with the use of the mi4.fr site is subject to French law. It is made exclusive jurisdiction to the competent courts of Paris.
