Our tips for a successful Pardot (Salesforce) to HubSpot migration

Whichever solution you choose, here are a few recommendations drawn from our experience in the field:

  • Perform a complete export of your Salesforce data before starting the migration process.
  • Allow a minimum of 2 weeks' overlap during which your Salesforce and HubSpot licenses will run in parallel.
  • Maintain a safety margin of at least 10 days in relation to your target switchover date.
  • Don't opt for a partial migration if you need to recover your activities (emails, notes, history) : processing this data would then become much more complex and therefore more costly.
  • Remember to make an inventory of your existing Salesforce integrations, check for the existence of a native connector on the HubSpot side, and plan the development of customized integrations if necessary.

Is there a risk of losing data when migrating from Pardot to HubSpot?
