Which services are not included by default?
Contract support is a simple and economical way to support your teams in handling, updating and evolving your HubSpot instance. Some development and integration services cannot be included in this service:
- Complex dev (custom apps, complex connectors and synchronizations).
- Creation of complex custom objects
- Large-scale projects exceeding 6d/month. It will then be necessary to produce specifications and dedicated pricing for this project.
What's the difference between contract support and TMA (Third-Party Application Maintenance)?

Managed support: ongoing support for your HubSpot (administration, process optimization, automation, data quality, campaigns, coaching), on a package of 2 to 5 days/month.

Corrective / preventive TMA: maintenance of connectors, synchronizations or custom developments performed by MI4 (anomaly correction, security, monitoring). Outside managed support scope and covered by a dedicated TMA contract (tickets, SLA).

Evolutionary TMA: small evolutions on assets developed by MI4. They can be handled in managed support if the effort remains contained and without major redesign; beyond that, we switch to a dedicated project or to a TMA amendment.
Do you collaborate with providers already in place? (ERP, e-commerce, design, data...)
Absolutely, we can be put in contact with your providers (ERP manager, design agency...), if this is necessary for the advancement of projects monitored within the managed support framework.
