Our tips for a successful Zendesk to HubSpot migration

Whichever solution you choose, here are a few recommendations drawn from our experience in the field:

  • Perform a complete export of your Zendesk data before starting the migration process.
  • Allow a minimum of 2 weeks' overlap during which your Zendesk and HubSpot licenses will run in parallel.
  • Maintain a safety margin of at least 10 days in relation to your target switchover date.
  • Don't opt for a partial migration if you need to recover your activities (emails, notes, history) : processing this data would then become much more complex and therefore more costly.
